First case of COVID-19 identified in Holt County

OREGON, Mo. - The Holt County Health Department has confirmed the county's first case of coronavirus. The COVID-19 patient is a woman between the ages of 30 and 40.

Health officials say the woman is recovering at her Holt County home in voluntary self-isolation. Officials add that they're working to identify anyone who may have come in contact with the patient.

Around a half a dozen counties in the KXCV/KRNW listening area are still without a confirmed case of COVID-19.
